It is straightforward (get it?). Your actions create the life you live and the person you are. Every action is either taking you to the person you want to be or not. With every action you take you cement a rail in your timeline for the person you are. This is muscle memory. This is why it is so important to do things you love for even 5 minutes a day because that momentum adds up over time. If you are not doing it, you are not creating it. If you are not embodying, you are not being. It is never about the final destination, it is about the journey where you let go and uncover your true self under the mirk.
Make it Easy and Visualize
Life can be easy. Being your highest self can be easy. Keep spirituality simple. Stop over-identifying with the old version of you and start with small easy changes that are manageable.
You need to carve out time for the person you want to be.This means planning the night before what you will do and sticking with it despite how you feel. The saying goes, “stick to your plan not mood,” because as we know our mood changes.
When giving the best of yourself you must know you are worthy of giving. You must believe your work and service is needed and of value, not because you expect something but because you know it has been very helpful to you.

Where are you making your deposit today? You have a finite amount of energy that you get to decide where it goes. What are you investing your attention in? Think of your energy, time, and attention as currency and use that very wisely on things that give you life.
Questions to ask yourself:
- What is your highest self wearing?
- What does she do?
- How does she see the world?
- How does she see herself? What is her self image?
- How does she talk?
- What does she smell like?
Think about what your highest self does and start showing up as her/him even if there is doubt at first.
