If you’re anything like me, you find yourself here often. Some days you want to break through and get to the core of the issue that you stress yourself out, but the reason has not appeared because you truly aren’t ready to see it fully. So, instead, let go. It’s ok that you haven’t found it. You are perfectly imperfect, love yourself anyway and know it will appear when the time is ripe. You’re forcing it at this point and making yourself examine and reexamine the issue that your body and mind want to put to rest, so let it rest.
Follow these instructions to recovery from seriousness:
- Go do something fun outside. It will be there when you get back
- Remind yourself you don’t have to be all the way healed to be perfect. We are always evolving and changing and the key is to love yourself through it all at every stage and show yourself compassion.
- Laugh a lot. You came here to laugh and enjoy life. Let it roll of your back and see the silliness of being human
- If the only thing you do today is smile then that is enough. You are enough
- Dance and sing. Allow your body to move and tell you things words cannot
- Show love to something or someone. We are all connected and we don’t always have to be in the struggle to heal, remind someone of this by doing something nice
